Southwest Florida Business Events - Naples Daily News (subscription)
The Entrepreneur's Law School for small-business owners and managers will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at DoubleTree Guest Suites, 12200 U.S. 41 N., Naples. Fourteen attorneys from Southwest Florida will address numerous legal aspects of doing business and how to develop strategies to deal with related business challenges, ranging from financial management and tax regulations to business planning, drafting contracts and compliance with employment laws. An information technology expert will also participate, and two of the sessions will be offered in Spanish. Florida Gulf Cost University's College of Business Small Business Development Center is coordinating the event. Advance registration is $85 for the full day including lunch, or $95 at the door. The cost for a half-day session is $65, or $85 at the door.
