DSLCC Honored For Web Design Work - Rockbridge Weekly
Dabney S. Lancaster Community College was recently honored with a second place award for web design. Lancaster Community College was recently honored with second place for web page design at the Virginia Community College Association’s Excellence in Communications Competition. This year’s competition was judged by Professor Edwin Cuenco, who directs the award-winning graphic design program at Lynchburg College. “This award is the culmination of over a year of diligent work by several members of the DSLCC faculty and staff,” said Dr. Richard Teaff, DSLCC President. “We are confident the new site is an excellent representation of DSLCC and this award serves to corroborate that belief.” DSLCC website team members include Cynthia Boteler, Joy Broyles, Nettie Cale, Judy Clark, Esther Cooper, Tamra Cottrill, Judy Dotson, Heather Gibson, Teresa Hammond, Alisa Knighton, Reo McBride, Joe Pagnam, Lisa Parvin, Laurel Reid, Kathy Smestad, Lynda Thompson, Melissa Unroe, Christine Visscher and Hazel Wright.
