Campaign financing proposal draws fire - Akron Beacon Journal
Bradley Smith, a Capital University law professor working with Ohio First, said: ``This stuff does not belong in the constitution. If, later, you want to make an adjustment for inflation, you have to amend the constitution. If you decide a $2,000 limit is too corrupting and you want to lower it, you need to amend the constitution.''
