Series focuses on foreign policy - Bryan College Station Eagle
Robert Art, the Christian A. Herter Professor of Brandeis University, kicked off the series Oct. 25. Art, a renowned international relations theorist, is also a co-editor of Cornell University Press' prestigious national security series. He spoke on the topic "Preventive War, Forward Defense, and the Future of American Foreign Policy."
