Fort Wayne's benefit for the Dooky Chase Restaurant and its employees will feature New Orleans-style cuisine by the Oyster Bar, Club Soda, Paula's on Main, Hartley's, Summit Club, the Hilton, Deli 620, Anthis Career Center, Ivy Tech's Fish & Seafood class, Carol Freck's culinary class at Northrop High School, Three Rivers Co-op Natural Foods & Deli and Serious Soul Food.
