Four search lights twisted and twirled on a single support column. Motorists drove by slowly and rubbernecked at the hoopla. On blocked-off 29th between University and North Park Way, caterers scurried in and out of a giant tent that had been set up for a post-performance 200 dinner guests paid $100 each to attend.
