Texas' diversity lures college recruiters - Houston Chronicle
The college fair at Spring Woods High in north Houston last week attracted representatives from 182 colleges and universities. Though the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University drew large crowds, a steady stream of students and parents stopped by the tables of Northwestern University, the University of Colorado and the University of North Carolina.
