Dorm life in the area of Auraria - Denver Post
While The Regency has the look of a university dorm, it is a privately run building with no connections to the three schools - Metro State, Community College of Denver and the University of Colorado-Denver - that occupy the 41,000-student Auraria campus. With two other projects near campus catering to students, the Auraria campus is changing after 29 years from a completely commuter campus to one that's somewhat residential.
